AWARD ELIGIBILITY: Undergraduate and Graduate students who are teacher candidates (in practicum and/or residency experiences). Nominations are accepted from College of Education & Human Sciences faculty, advisors, and mentor/supervisory education professionals in the field working with our students. To make your nomination(s), please complete the form below and upload a one-page letter of support that includes evidence explaining the nominee's work and/or contributions in the appropriate category and how those merit consideration.
