About: This is a service provided to first-year students and students advised by the Launchpad Student Success Center.

The Launchpad Success Coach works alongside the center’s Academic Advisors to provide additional support and guidance to students. We take a holistic approach, recognizing that students balance many responsibilities from school, work, relationships, and well-being.

You will work with the Success Coach to identify barriers, connect to campus resources, build skill sets, establish goals, and achieve milestones through accountability.
