The Cooperative Education Office will be offering a gift to students who were formally enrolled in the Co-op Program, throughout their entire assignment on behalf of Greg Cook, a Co-op Alumni. Mr. Cook recognized the value cooperative education afforded him at the beginning of his engineering career and wished to recognize those students who have participated in the Cooperative Education Program. If you would like to be considered to receive a gift for your accomplishment of becoming a Co-op Alumni, please complete the form below, in its entirety, to allow the Co-op Office time to confirm your co-op student status. Forms MUST be completed by the deadline date of May 1 to be considered. An email will be sent upon confirmation of your co-op enrollment instructing you when to pick up your gift.
